Shazzam! Writes Notes for the Racetrack Backpacks

Saturday, July 22, 2023, the families who attend Shazzam! (our family pizza and service program) will be writing notes of encouragement and friendship to be included in the backpacks that will be given out to the children of the workers on the back of the track at the Philadelphia Park Racetrack. The support of these families is the mission of Rev. Rick Bunker, an American Baptist missionary who is ministering to this hard-working, immigrant and disadvantaged community. It is our extreme pleasure to provide some encouragement and support to the children and youth of this community through the Mission Board’s Backpack Drive, now in its second year.

Please join us for pizza and this family activity! In the Scott Education Building, Saturday, July 22, from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
