“Welcome!” to our new pastor, Reverend Rebecca Driscoll Mygatt! She began her work with us on April 1 and April 6 will be her first Sunday with us. She will conduct worship on Zoom at the 9:00 a.m. virtual service and also at the 10:30 a.m. service in the Meeting House. Holy Communion will be celebrated at both services. You can join the virtual service with a Zoom link here.

We are excited to begin this new era with Reverend Mygatt and encourage you to join us.

Reverend Mygatt previously served as the Pastor of the First Baptist Church in Attleboro, Massachusetts, as the first American Baptist Women in Ministry intern with the Office of the General Secretary and as the American Baptist Minister for Creation Justice. With a passion for community engagement and relationship building, Pastor Rebecca has also worked as a park ranger on the Boston Harbor Islands, a housing advocate for the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless, and a program coordinator for The Campus Kitchens Project at UMASS Boston. She believes deeply in the intersectionality of social justice ministries, and marvels in all the ways God’s creation teaches us how to live in community together.

In her free time, Rebecca enjoys knitting and swing dancing. She is newly married (November 2024) to her husband, Rob, an A/V programmer who grew up in southeastern Pennsylvania. Together, they enjoy hiking and playing board games.
